Every order ships tracked. Dispatch within 2 business days, delivery 3–7 days metro / 5–10 days regional via Australia Post or StarTrack. We back the carrier process: if a parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of dispatch and we'll lodge the claim and resolve it on your behalf.
